2. Physical Game Purchases

Physical game purchases are eligible for a full refund if returned within 14 days of the purchase date, provided the game is unopened and in its original, sealed packaging.

If the game has been opened but is defective (e.g., damaged disc, missing components), we will offer a full refund or exchange if reported within 7 days of purchase.

Physical games that are opened and used without defect are non-refundable.

3. Pre-Orders

Pre-order purchases are eligible for a full refund if canceled at least 3 days before the official release date.

Pre-orders canceled less than 3 days before the release date are non-refundable, as the game is already being prepared for release and delivery.

4. Bundles and Special Editions

Bundles or special editions of games that include additional physical content (e.g., figurines, posters) are non-refundable unless the items are defective or damaged upon arrival.

If defective, please report the issue within 7 days of receipt, and we will offer a replacement or refund based on stock availability.

5. Gift Cards

Gift cards purchased for use on video game products are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Lost or stolen gift cards will not be refunded.
